The 221stth Annual Meeting
of the
Vermont Conference of the
  United Church of Christ

BE THE CHURCH!

The conference gathers to make our decisions, do our work, and worship together.

Where:  Lake Morey Inn, Fairlee, Vermont

 When:  Friday and Saturday,
April 29 & 30

 Who: Friends; Visitors; Lay Delegates; Members-In-Discernment; Licensed, Commissioned & Ordained Ministers; Officers, Directors, Department & Committee Members; Association Moderators; Past Conference Presidents and Moderators; and current Delegates to General Synod.

There is a late fee for registrations after April 18.

There is no registrations after April 22.

The theme of this year's Vermont Conference of the United Church of Christ's Annual Meeting is taken from a banner, which reads: "BE THE CHURCH." Below are eight books and one movie that will be discussed during a Workshop. Each book or movie addresses one of the activities listed on the banner. Please read or watch one and come to Annual Meeting ready to join others in a discussion.

Additional Material

 Any resolution to be presented, discussed, and voted on at the Annual Meeting in April 2016 should be submitted to the Board of Directors, no later than January 20, 2016. Any emergency resolution should be submitted to the Board no later than April 21, 2016. Resolutions to be presented at the 2016 Annual Meeting, but to be discussed and voted at the 2017 Annual meeting should be submitted by March 23, 2016.

  1. Information and Guidelines for submitting a resolution in 2016 is HERE
  2. Submission Form for resolutions proposed for action in 2016 is HERE and is due February 1.
  3. Submission Form for resolutions to be presented in 2016 with action on the resolution in 2017 is HERE and is due March 23rd.

All Resolutions will need one of these two forms.
